Failure Alerts

Appranix has introduced two enhanced options in our Notification feature,

• Protection Failure Report

• Recovery Failure Report

These new features aim to provide you with greater awareness and visibility when failures occur in your account's protection timelines and recovery processes, respectively.

Protection Failure Report

The Protection Failure Report feature will notify you whenever a failure happens in your account's protection timelines. By enabling this feature, you will receive timely notifications, allowing you to stay informed about any failures that may impact your account's protection. This enhanced visibility empowers you to take prompt actions and ensure the continuity and security of your data.

To configure,

• Login to Appranix, and choose Alerts and Notifications in the left panel.

• Select the Notification Settings, and click “EDIT”.

• Turn on the Protection Failure Report toggle and choose the subscription.

• Save the changes.

Recovery Failure Report

The Recovery Failure Report feature will notify you whenever a recovery failure occurs. This alert system will keep you informed about any issues or setbacks encountered during the recovery process.

To configure,

• Login to Appranix, and choose Alerts and Notifications in the left panel.

• Select the Notification Settings, and click “EDIT”.

• Turn on the Recovery Failure Report toggle and choose the subscription.

• Save the changes.
